The Heriot Bay Inn houses 10 rooms and also offers three self-contained and modern ocean-view cabins that offer more private lodgings for couples, families and groups. The Heriot Bay Inn features spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean looking towards the Discovery Islands and the west coast of British Columbia. The shores of Quadra Island host a wonderful diversity of birds and marine life that can be viewed from the decks and windows of the Inn.

Rooms at the Inn
The Heriot Bay Inn houses ten European style rooms that are cozy, clean, and small. Our hotel is 100+ years old: all the rooms have their own bathrooms, some with tubs, and offer the comforts you need for your island vacation.
All of our rooms have access to a communal patio with an ocean view on the second floor.
Cabins for Rent
All cabins have an ocean-view patio with a barbeque and kitchens. Two of the cabins have two bedrooms plus two pull-out sofas and can sleep up to eight. The third cabin has one bedroom and a pull-out sofa, sleeping up to four guests.
The Suite
Enjoy the fabulous view of the bay from the suite’s furnished deck, or relax in the jetted tub off the primary suite. The kitchen is stocked with cooking supplies, the living room is comfy and boasts a great view, and there is a loft with a double bed and two twin beds.
Rent the Whole Hotel
This great deal includes 10 rooms in the Inn, three cabins, and the two-bedroom suite. Perfect for friend and family gatherings, celebrations, and retreats. Herons, our Fireside Lounge and the Bay View Room are also available to rent for private parties, and we offer a variety of catering options. RV Park & Campground
We offer RV and tent campsites, with spectaculour ocean views and affordable rates! Our ocean front sites are under dappled shade from large maple trees, amenities close at hand, and full hookups are available for RVs.
Marina
Situated in sheltered Heriot Bay, our marina offers diesel, marine fuel, and propane sales; showers, laundry facilities, and wireless high-speed internet; plus the amenities of the Heriot Bay Inn. Stop in and stock up before you head out to explore Desolation Sound and the Discovery Islands by pleasure craft, kayak or yacht!
