Speakers
Angelica Challenger

Angelica Challenger, Somatic Movement Educator, Musician & Creative

Grounding Practice & Breathwork, Somatic Movement, Music

My name is Angelica. I am a neuro divergent, creative, somatic movement educator. I guide you through slow and gentle movements that help connect you to your sensory experience and help release habituated patterns of stress, tension, and so much more.

My philosophy and approach is that we are a whole system and that everything affects everything. Only by developing the ability to sense and feel ourselves as we are right now, without judgement, can we begin to create the changes that we truly want.

As someone who has spent years of my life struggling with chronic pain, anxiety, depression, stored trauma and burnout, I know what it’s like to feel resigned, frustrated, isolated and afraid that things will never change. While at the same time, understanding the inner barriers that can make change feel unsafe. All my work is deeply rooted in cultivating greater self compassion, self awareness, and creating the experience of inner safety to build from, slowly and gently.

In working with me, you can feel safe, at ease and supported on your journey towards healing, well being and freedom!

Sarah Sopracolle (Sépal) from Sound Seed Yoga, is a channel and co-creator of sacred sound, which is intended to assist in human consciousness awakening. As a « vibrational gardener », she plants seeds on both the physical and ethereal planes.

Her formal training and introduction to vibrational practices come from Sound Yoga (Nada Yoga) and from self study. However her approach is mainly intuitive, allowing her voice to transmit what is needed to set an optimal state of connection, union and harmony. Whatever needs to arise or surface, emerges from there.

Art Journals

Art Journaling

Art journaling is a creative practice that combines drawing, painting, and writing to express thoughts and emotions. You don’t need artistic skills to get started—just a willingness to experiment. It’s often used to boost creativity, reduce stress, and support self-reflection. Often described as a “visual diary,” it combines words with elements like drawing, painting, collage, and other mixed-media techniques.

Feel free to bring your own special magazine quotes or images to personalize your journaling process. Included in your registration will be a blank journal as our gift to you!

“The Celebrate You retreat hosted at the Heriot Bay Inn was an amazing experience held in a truly magical place. Even though the weather was less than cooperative, Sheri and the team came together and pivoted to ensure that participants had an amazing and unforgettable experience. The food was delicious, beautifully presented and very plentiful. The staff were exceptionally attentive, and retreat facilitators were highly qualified and inspiring. Even the humpback whale graced us with their presence… it was truly a celebration.”

“I have already recommended the Heriot Bay Inn to several friends. This is in large part because of the amazing people who work there. I observed and felt that the employees come together as a great team and support each other. Your guests experience this support and sincere care in their interactions with you. This is enviable and worth celebrating.”
