I came over for an event the Legion was hosting, and they put us up in the Heriot Bay Inn. The cabins were absolutely adorable, great location. Wonderful place to stay! Sparky was an absolute delight when he came to check us out!

Just had such a great overnight stay at the Heriot Bay Inn! My husband and I and my brother stayed in a 2-bedroom fully supplied cabin with a large deck looking over the grounds to the ocean. The location was perfect for our e-bike tour around Quadra with lots of room to store and charge our bikes. We enjoyed good beer and fish & chips at the pub with a lively crowd watching the Canucks win their playoff game! A really fun stay for a reasonable rate. Thank you!

We are never disappointed when we come to one of our favorite places, the Heriot Bay Inn. Christi is so accommodating and ensures that you feel special once upon arriving. The cabins are a beautiful stay – highly recommend! The mix of interesting local people in the pub makes for very fun nights.
The food is something else, always. Patrice the Head Chef is so detailed and easily has made on of the best meals of our lives. We stayed 3 nights and wished we booked more. Planning on getting married here, if you have a chance to come to this very special place take it.

We stopped into Heron’s Restaurant for dinner with a group of 12 including a few rowdy kids. Alli and Lois were warm and friendly and made sure we had a great night. We felt very looked after. The food was great (the truffle fries were incredible!) and we loved sneaking out to the gift shop to browse and buy some presents. If I’m ever back in the area I will definitely head back to the Heriot Bay Inn!

We were able to book a camping spot with them easily over the phone. The sites are small, but space didn’t matter to us. Site 5 was shaded on the ocean side. Very quiet area. It didn’t have a fishy smell. The bathrooms were clean. Loonies for the ladies, and you have to purchase tokens for the men’s. You could shower here without having to stay here. The lady at the front counter was so friendly and welcoming.

We stayed for a few night this weekend and had a truly wonderful time. It was our first visit to Quadra and we were not disappointed. The inn is a very quaint building with old English charm. Rooms were clean despite it being a pet-friendly accommodation. We ate at the pub and had a fantastic meal. Only qualm was the late night live music Friday and Saturday, as our room lay directly over the venue so it was very loud quite late but honestly that added to the charm in my opinion. Quiet after 11pm-midnight had a fine sleep. The setting is serine as it backs onto the bay with a beautiful beach front and the ferry to Cortez just in the foreground. Would definitely stay again.

We recently stayed here for a 40th birthday celebration and had an amazing time! We rented the whole hotel and the three cabins. The staff were friendly, accommodating and patient with our big group. I stayed in room in the hotel, it was small, cozy and comfortable. The hotel is over a hundred years old and it has some quirks so if you’re uptight – relax …
It was sparkling clean! We drank at the pub and partied while listening to truly fantastic bands. We ate in the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner and really enjoyed the food and service. We loved watching the sunsets over the marina from the decks.
This is a special place, owned and operated by special people and I can’t wait to go back!
