The Perfect Quadra Island Wedding Venue

Overlooking the ocean, in the dappled shade of stately maple trees, the Heriot Bay Inn is a beautiful island venue for a wedding ceremony and reception. Inside there’s the warm stone fireplace, hand-carved lounge bar, and scenic views from Heron’s patio.

Our wedding packages include an event coordinator to help plan your day from start to finish, staff to accommodate guest service, and a customized floor plan. The Inn is open year-round, offers competitive rates, and it’s possible to rent the whole hotel for your wedding group! Our Rent the Whole Hotel accommodation package is perfect for weddings and gives you the 10 rooms in the hotel plus the suite and all three cabins.

Herons Dining Room and our lovely outside deck feature warm wood and views or Heriot Bay. Perfect for receptions, private dining and dancing!

The Bay View Room

A beautiful space with views of Heriot Bay that’s perfect for small receptions and cocktails. The Bay View Room and walk-out patio are licenced.
